Our additional support services...

Once you’ve found a new job, we will work together to provide a back to work plan. It covers information on working benefits, childcare options, travel plans, shift patterns and contact details for assistance. Plus, your Personal Adviser will stay in touch to offer on-going support.

Returning to work after caring for family can seem daunting. We can advise and assist you with care costs making it easier for you to move into work.

Sometimes you may not have the right clothes or equipment to get a job or start your own business. We may be able to subsidise the purchase of work clothes, equipment and tools to start you off on the right foot.

As well as guidance from Seetec’s in-employment Personal Advisers, you will also receive access to our in-work portal. It offers interactive sessions that can help you in your first few weeks of employment. You can also get a wide range of resources to help develop your career.
