Our JobPath Service Statement ensures that you receive a personalised high-quality service to support you to achieve your goals.

 

Fully accessible service:

  • Your nearest centre will be a normal journey time of no more than 60 minutes driving or by public transport
  • Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, but we also offer flexible support outside of these times
  • You will have 24/7 access to our online learning and training modules
  • In our centres you will have access to IT facilities including internet access for job searching

 

Dedicated support from your expert Employment Adviser throughout the programme:

  • You will benefit from a one to one face to face meeting with your Employment Adviser within 20 working days of your referral to JobPath
  • You will have one to one formal review meetings with your Employment Adviser at least every 15 working days for your first 3 months on JobPath and at least every 20 working days thereafter while unemployed

 

Personalised individual assessment and a tailored Personal Progression Plan will inform your activity programme:

  • Your Employment Adviser will assess your skills, experience, needs and work goals and help you create a Personal Progression Plan which will include a schedule of activities, actions and job focused targets
  • You will have access to a range of training and development support including online modules, work placements, careers advice, self-employment advice, support with your CV, interviews and Seetec’s online training tools
  • You will also receive support to address any additional needs that are stopping you from working
  • If you are still unemployed, your Personal Progression Plan will be reviewed and updated after you have spent 13, 26 and 39 weeks on JobPath

 

Job brokering and recruitment service:

  • You will receive support from our Employer Service Advisers at our in-centre recruitment desk, who will advise you of job opportunities, match your skills to our live database of job vacancies and support you through the interview process

 

Comprehensive ‘in-employment’ support service:

  • On entering employment, you will receive a back to work plan to help you stay in work, with regular scheduled reviews with your Employment Adviser and employer. This includes contact from your Employment Adviser within the first 5 days of employment and every 20 days after that. This service is available to you for up to 12 months­

 

End of programme review:

  • If you have not moved into work by the end of your 52 weeks on JobPath you will have a review meeting with your Employment Adviser. You will receive a final version of your Personal Progression Plan which will include a Moving-On Plan with links to further support and a reference letter stating any work experience, employment, education or training you have undertaken
  • You will receive a further 6 months access to our online training modules

 

Structured feedback and complaints processes:

  • You will have regular opportunities to provide feedback on the service you have received through online monthly surveys and via informal discussion with Seetec staff. Outcomes and actions of any feedback will be communicated to you
  • When we receive a written complaint, we will acknowledge it within 3 days, including a reference no for your information, and aim to resolve your complaint within 15 days
