Established in 2015, Seetec Employment & Skills Ireland is an employee-owned company with almost 200 employees and 54 service delivery locations across the country.
We are contracted by the Department of Social Protection to deliver the JobPath service in Dublin, the Midlands, West, North East and North West of Ireland. Partnering with about 10,000 employers, we have supported over 37,000 clients to find employment to date.
We provide our clients with a personalised service designed to find sustainable jobs and develop fulfilling careers, including specialist support programmes for migrants to assist with integrating into their local communities and finding employment. We also deliver basic IT skills training to help people in developing the skills needed to navigate our increasingly digital society.
Seetec Ireland is part of the Seetec Group, one of the largest employee-owned services companies in Europe, with over 35 years’ experience as a partner to both state and local government agencies in Ireland and the UK. Our focus is on delivering contracted public services to tackle unemployment, supporting people who face disadvantage and creating opportunities to build better futures and improve lives.
Collaboration is at the very heart of our ethos. Using our group capability and local experience, we work in partnership with local organisations and experts to design and deliver innovative and impactful services that help people to overcome barriers on their journey into work, including basic skills and vocational training, substance misuse or mental and physical health.
As we look to expand our services, including through the anticipated National Employment Service (NES), we are keen to hear from like-minded partners who share our values to talk about how we can better work together to deliver high-quality employment support services that create opportunities and improve lives.
Please indicate your interest in partnering with us by completing our online ‘Expression of Interest’ (EOI) outlining the services you offer, which you can access below:
Please complete your EOI by midnight Friday 29th October 2021.
Once this EOI is submitted, a member of our national partnerships team will be in touch to discuss in greater detail how we could work together in the future, as opportunities arise.
If you experience any difficulties completing the EOI or have any other questions, please contact partnerships@seetec.ie
