Karl Milne joined Seetec in 2015 as our Operations Director responsible for the successful delivery of our former JobPath contract. He became Executive Director for Seetec Ireland in January 2020 and has led our organisation into new National Employment Service and Local Area Employment Service contracts.

He has held senior operations roles in multiple sectors including cinema, entertainment retail and retail pharmacy.

Karl is proud of the impact Seetec has made on the communities it serves in Ireland through our Employability contracts, the first of their scale and type commissioned in the country. His focus is on development and growth, leading Seetec Ireland into new contracts in both the Employability and Community sectors.

Noeleen joined Seetec in 2015 as Regional Operations Manager with responsibility for the performance of the Jobpath Employability Contract and the Local Area Employment Service. This year, Noeleen stepped into the role of Operations Director, taking over the helm of our countrywide operations.

Prior to her time in Seetec Noeleen worked within the financial service industry in leadership and management roles, leading operational teams within the business and corporate divisions.

Noeleen is passionate about building a strong team culture that collectively provides an effective and innovative service that makes a difference to the lives of people through assisting and empowering them to gain sustainable employment.

Fintan joined Seetec in November 2016, overseeing Seetec’s central Customer Service Centre and Validations departments. In 2022, Fintan stepped into Seetec Ireland’s Director of Service Support role, having spent the prior 4 years as our Head of Operations Support.

Before his time at Seetec, Fintan worked in the Financial Services industry, in both Ireland and Australia. Fintan was self-employed for three years as an equity analyst and trader before returning to Ireland in 2015.

Fintan continues to be inspired by the work his like-minded colleagues and fellow employee-owners do each day, striving to empower our clients towards professional success, and by the continuous success stories of our clients’ achievements.

National Employer Services & EmployAbility Manager

Kevin Downes joined Seetec Ireland in 2021, initially providing operational cover and support while the organisation worked through the challenges of providing a service throughout the COVID-19 lockdowns. Kevin then became the National Employer Services manager in 2022 and was responsible for managing our EmployAbility services and Supply Chain partners in 2024.

Before joining Seetec, Kevin enjoyed working as a self-employed management & logistics consultant specialising in the film & tv production industry, and throughout his career has also held senior national and international operational, marketing and sales roles with market-leading companies across a variety of industry sectors in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Kevin’s goal, across all the services we provide, is to ensure our colleagues help match clients to the right opportunity with the best employer, to deliver a service that identifies each client’s individual skills, experience abilities and job goals and helps them find a job they will enjoy. He enjoys the “Can do, shall do” ethos of the Seetec team, and the drive to always be improving and learning.

Sophie Finglas joined us as Seetec Ireland’s HR Business Partner in January 2021 progressing to Senior Human Resources Business Partner in 2022. She has just stepped into the role of our Senior People Partner.

Before Seetec Ireland, Sophie established two HR departments, with over 9 years of dedicated experience in both leisure and corporate client service environments, Sophie is a highly knowledgeable and qualified HR professional who has honed her skills and career in Ireland’s growing labour activation sector.

Sophie’s focus is partnering with the business to encourage retention, attract new talent and drive employee satisfaction and engagement. Sophie believes creating a safe, open and award-winning place to work allows our colleagues to deliver a better service to our clients and communities.
