Fintan oversees Seetec’s central Customer Service Centre and Validations departments. He brings over 10 years of customer service leadership experience, along with demonstrated success in developing a culture of continuous improvements within support services to improve overall service delivery.
Fintan’s career to date has been within the Financial Services industry, starting out with Bank of Ireland before moving to Australia in 2003 where he spent over 9 years with De Lage Landen (commercial vendor finance company, subsidiary of Rabobank), ultimately leading the Customer Service department for Australia and New Zealand. Fintan was self-employed for three years as an equity analyst and trader prior to returning to Ireland in 2015.
