Seetec Ireland Certified as a Great Place to Work

News 03 November 2021

We are proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work after receiving a 77% satisfaction score in a Trust Index Survey of its 183 employees.

The accreditation process is based on direct feedback from employees, provided by an extensive survey covering five themes – credibility, respect, pride, camaraderie and fairness. The anonymous survey provides an accurate snapshot of the workplace and places Seetec Ireland in good company with over 7,000 businesses across 60 countries.

We employ 183 individuals in 51 locations, across Dublin, West, North, North West, Midlands and North East regions, helping people to fulfil their potential with employment and skills support.

Karl Milne, Executive Director of Seetec Ireland, said: “We are delighted to be recognised as a great place to work, and are especially proud to achieve this recognition considering the journey we’ve been on together throughout the pandemic. This is a people driven organisation and we know that empowering our teams is key to us delivering great support to our clients and their communities. Our people are without question our greatest asset, every day they undertake challenging and meaningful work. We are committed to continually listening to them and improving together.”

Janet Creavy, Seetec Employee Council Representative, added: “As an employee-owned business, we ensure that our employee voice is at the heart of what we do every day. We are so proud to achieve this recognition during the pandemic. We champion employee-ownership as a positive, resilient, and sustainable way of transforming lives and communities. This accreditation reinforces what we already knew, we are a great place to work.”
